This is for the couple who wants a professional partner right from the jump. I build the framework of your wedding so you don’t have to carry the mental load.

The Logistics: I handle the venue search with a focus on how the space actually flows for your guests. I manage your budget tracking, curate a team of vendors that fit your style, and negotiate every contract to make sure you are protected.

The Support: I’m with you from the first delivery to the final dance. I manage the entire setup on the day of, keep the vendors on track, and make sure every detail is exactly where it needs to be. You get monthly check-ins to talk about your stress levels, not just your checklist. I act as your primary filter so you only have to make the final, fun decisions.

Partial Planning
If you have the venue and a few vendors, but need a navigator for the rest, this is for you. I join you mid-way to make sure the plan is solid and the technical details are covered.

The Logistics: I dive in to to curate the rest of your vendors. I handle the tricky stuff that usually causes the most stress, like figuring out what is next on the list and making it happen.

The Support: I take over the vendor emails so you can get your weekends back. I will be on-site for the full wedding day to run the show from start to finish. We also assess where you and your partner are with your mental health and provide tools to set you up for a peaceful final stretch!

Day-of Management
You have done the hard work, now you deserve to be a guest at your own wedding. I step in 1-2 months before your wedding to make sure everything you’ve planned is executed perfectly.

The Logistics: I create a master timeline with minute-by-minute cues for every vendor. I handle the load-in and load-out on the day of, making sure everyone is exactly where they need to be.

The Support: I am the first one in and the last one out. If a hurdle pops up, I fix it before you even know it happened. You also get a "calm-down" toolkit for the final 30 days so you can stay present and enjoy the moment.
