I spent years working in the high-pressure world of luxury Boston hotels and large-scale corporate events. I’ve managed complex vendor communications, navigated tricky family dynamics, and run tight timelines where there was absolutely no room for error. I know the technical side of an event inside and out.

During those years, I also saw how much stress couples were under. I saw the "engagement fog" firsthand. I realized that a perfect floor plan doesn't matter if the couple is too exhausted to enjoy the room.
